Every Planet 5 print is made to order, finished by hand, and inspected before it ships. We want each piece to feel right in your home, and we stand behind all of them.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your piece arrives to decide it belongs with you. If it does not, contact us within that window and we will arrange a return for a refund or an exchange for another work from the gallery.
Damaged or Defective Pieces
If your artwork arrives damaged, or you notice a printing or finishing defect, we replace it at no cost to you. There is nothing to send back.
- Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the packaging.
- We put a corrected replacement into production right away and cover expedited shipping.
- You do not pay anything, and you do not need to return the original.
Print Quality Concerns
Our prints are produced to museum standards on archival paper. Screens show color in light and prints show it in ink, so a piece can read a little differently in your room than on a monitor. If something looks off, send us a photo in natural light.
If we find a printing error on our side, we reprint it with a corrected profile at no charge and you keep or recycle the original. If the piece was produced correctly and it is simply not what you hoped for, you are still covered by the 30-day guarantee above, and we will exchange it or refund it.
How to Start a Return
Email support@planet5media.com with your order number and a short note on what you would like to do. We respond quickly and will send return instructions or a prepaid label where one is needed.
- Non-defective returns should be unused and in their original packaging.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved or the replacement is confirmed.
- Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
A note on made-to-order work. Because each print is created for you after you order, we ask that you choose your size and frame with care. That said, our guarantee is real. If a piece is not right, we will make it right.
