Shipping Policy
Every Planet 5 print is made to order. We produce your piece after you place it, finish it by hand, and inspect it before it leaves our fulfillment studio. Here is what to expect from the day you order to the day it arrives.
Where We Ship
We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, at the flat rate described below. We also ship internationally. For any destination outside the United States, email us at hello@planet5media.com before ordering and we will quote you a shipping price for your country.
Production and Delivery Time
Because each print is created for you, please allow a short production window before it ships. Most orders move on this timeline:
- Production and handling: 1 to 3 business days.
- Transit: 2 to 7 business days once the piece is on its way.
- Total: most orders arrive within about 3 to 10 business days of purchase.
Larger sizes and framed pieces can take a little longer to finish. If your order needs extra time, we will let you know.
Shipping Cost
Standard United States shipping is a flat $14.95 per order, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Some promotions and Guardian benefits include free shipping, which will be applied automatically when it qualifies. International orders are quoted individually, so please write to us before ordering from outside the United States.
Tracking Your Order
When your piece ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within a few business days of ordering, write to us and we will look into it.
Packaging
Prints ship flat or rolled in protective, archival-safe packaging chosen to keep the work pristine in transit. Framed pieces are corner-protected and boxed for safe handling.
If something arrives damaged. We pack carefully, but transit can be rough. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we replace it at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to reach us and what to expect.
